If you wish to return an item, it must be in perfect condition and show no signs of use, i.e., in the same condition as when you received it. In addition, the item must be in its original packaging.

Send an email to info@naayn85.com with your full name, order number, and reason for the return, with the order number as the subject line and a photo identifying the defect, so we can begin the exchange or refund process.

All exchanges/returns are processed within a maximum of 15 business days from the date of the order placed on the website. Therefore, any complaints that arise during the process, whether directly with us or with the carrier responsible for the shipment, must be addressed during this time.
